What happens to the old gods, once their temples have crumbled and their believers have abandoned them? Do they die, forsaken, alone? Or do they remain, still wandering the world, immortal, surviving off what little belief they can gather?

Forgotten Gods follows the lives of these old deities, brought to America long ago by explorers or immigrants from their homelands and eventually abandoned or lost from memory. As their worshippers moved on to new religions, the gods' powers waned - for a god, at its most pure essence, is no more than an idea, and an idea is worthless if there is nobody to believe in it. Some have passed, forgotten, from the world, while others have fallen into madness. Some have simply tried to adapt, to make a life for themselves in this place without gods, getting by on what little scraps of worship and belief they can garner. Others are more radical, attempting to regain the power that was once theirs, to revive their followings.

And then there are the New Gods. Gods of cars and computers, television and radio, cities and highways, all those things that modern Americans put their faith in. They are young, at the height of their power. These newcomers are regarded dismissively by some of the older gods, who have seen so many new deities rise and fall in their time; jealously by others, who wish to reclaim the power for their own; and by all with a deep wariness.

Inspired by the world of Neil Gaiman's American Gods, this game invites players to step into the roles of deities, old and new, to create their own modern mythology.

Getting Hitched is a game for those who are looking for a change of pace where games are concerned. Sure, the concept has likely been done before, but with the choices out there (Rebuilding the wizarding world vs. Rewriting the final chapters), it's definitely time for a bit of lighthearted fun.

In the Spring of 2002, after years of finally rebuilding the wizarding world to its former glory, Minister of Magic Kingsley Shacklebolt enacted a piece of legislation that took the wizarding world by storm. Citing Albus Dumbledore, Minister Shacklebolt expressed his concern over the lines that were still drawn between those who were pureblood and those who didn't have tapestries filled with magical family members for generations and generations. Shacklebolt wanted a "state where everyone was equal," where no one was "judged or made to feel inferior as a result of their birth." The message was embraced by a large percentage of wizarding Britain, though many were curious about how such a utopia could be reached.

After his inspiring speech, nothing happened. Many started to question Shacklebolt and began to wonder if he was going to be just like the previous Ministers of Magic: men who promised the world on a silver platter, but never came through with their promised. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. Inside his office, Kingsley Shacklebolt was busy pushing legislation and finalizing his plans, and on 01 September 2002, they were announced publicly and printed in the Daily Prophet.

It was called The Marriage Decree - a plan to unite all those with magical abilities together regardless of their blood status. All unmarried citizens of legal age are now required to register their marital status with the Ministry of Magic the day they turn seventeen. Those who do fail to apply by the new laws are considered social terrorists. Those who do register in accordance with the decree can expect an official letter naming the match the Ministry approved and a date for when the marriage must be carried out by. All marriages, arranged or otherwise, must also be approved by the Ministry.

Date Unknown; On the Indian Ocean there is an island that hasn't made it's way on any maps. The island itself is a wrinkle in time and exists on many planes at once. The island has magical abilities to keep her captors there and also has abilities to bring whoever she wants to the island. While the island has primarily focused on muggles she has a new fascination with witches and wizards. She can pluck any person out of any time line and bring them to her shores.

The island is inhabited with twenty muggles who have been able to survive on fruit, animals and makeshift shelters. They have taken over the southern part of the island where most of the food is found. As the island brings back witches and wizards she places them along the northern shore, her intentions are unknown.

Slowly as time goes on two distinct groups have formed between the witches and wizards, the Hunters and the Gatherers. Everyone who shows up at the island must choose a side. What will your character choose?

It is a high price to most involved, exchanging one prison for another. But is marriage to someone you do not know, or possibly a hated enemy, such a bad alternate to life in Azkaban?

The Gilded Age: A Hollywood Noir Storyline



The year is 1942, the place is Los Angeles, California, and the people are the brightest and richest stars of their day. Some of them will be immortalized later, others will fade into obscurity as time passes, but one thing they all have in common is that they are a part of the gilded cesspool that is Hollywood. Even in a time before the paparazzi and Perez Hilton, these men and women were known everywhere that they went, and anybody who was somebody knew them and catered to their every whim. The parties and the scandals were not much different from those that we encounter today, and the price to pay could be just as heavy, if you don't know the right people to help you out in a tight spot.

The population of Hollywood is not simply limited to movie stars. Private eyes, police officers, city officials, Mafia men, wannabes, has-beens, writers, directors, producers, hookers, drug dealers... they all exist here as well, and every one of them has an equal opportunity to rub elbows with the stars... or even to become stars themselves.

Welcome to Gilded Age, where the only thing that can limit your rise is your morality.

A meteor shower bursts from space, raining destruction on the unsuspecting citizens of Smallville, Kansas but delivering to the Kent's a baby who will become known to the world as Superman : The Man of Steel.

Fourteen years later, the healing process has left the town's inhabitants with scars and secrets. A popular yet awkward teen by the name of Clark Kent attempts to decipher the meaning of his life and his clouded past, as he struggles with the transition from boyhood to adulthood, his strength and strange abilities set him apart from his peers.

Clark's loving, but protective parents, Jonathan and Martha eventually reveals his true origins. He is devastated by the discovery that the event which brought him to this world also killed the parents of his secret love, Lana Lang. As he struggles to make sense of his identity, Clark falls into an unstable friendship with young, well-to-do Lex Luther which eventually evolves into a rivalry and accepts his destiny that was literally written in the stars for him.
the PRESENT
The past has been rewritten by Jor-El after the reconstruction of the Fortress of Solitude undoing certain major events in Clark’s life from his initial meeting with Lois Lane, Martha Kent gaining the senator seat, and major villains that wanted the blood of Krypton’s last son: General Zod, Brainiac, Doomsday and so on and so forth.

An event, that happened only to give his son, Kal-El; a somewhat normal life that included a world infected by the rocks that was once Krypton.

With the help of new allies, Clark continues his journey to save mankind from themselves and instill a sense of hope and security for the world as their rising savior. Now as an employee of the Daily Planet, as a reporter for the great Metropolitan newspaper; Clark uses his skills as a journalist along with the Planet’s resources which would allow him to keep track of ongoing events where he might be of help.

Largely working on his own, Clark’s identity is easily kept secret with just but a handful of allies that knows of his true identity.

Fairtown University RPG
There's a new RPG in town!

Fairtown University is located in the fictional town “Fairtown”, Oregon. People from all over the country come to the University because of its good reputation, excellent programs and the beautiful town. Graduate and undergraduate courses are available in every major, and the school also offers an excellent exchange-program. Students from all over the world, of different backgrounds, cultures and relegions, are welcome to study at Fairtown University, making studying here an unforgettable experience for each and every student.

Fairtown University RPG is a multifandom rpg, meaning that characters from every fandom can join, as well as OC characters. Chuck Bass could end up with Veronica Mars, Harry Potter could be best buds with Alex Karev.
If the character you want to play isn't college age, you can choose to play them as an 18/19/20 year old version of themselves.
You're dying to play Lilly Vanderwoodsen, just not as a teacher? She can be an 18 year old Lily Vanderwoodsen and hang out with Ginny Weasley and Claire Bennet.
In the world of Fairtown University, you can play Claire Bennet, or Harry Potter, but they won't have any of their powers and be just like everyone else.
